Congham Hall Commis Chef Jennie Luke has raised £200.00 for the BBC Children in Need appeal by having her hair shaved off. Nineteen year old Jennie, who has worked at Congham Hall for two years said she wanted to do something to support this worthwhile charity and wanted her contribution to be noticed.
Lucy Moss, Food and Beverage Manager took great delight in making the first snip on Tuesday 11th November while Sous Chef colleague Sandy Wang completed the transformation in about 15 minutes.
