Do you have an important dinner party to organise and need some inspiration to impress your friends with a good menu? Then why not take time out and learn how to make everything from starter through to dessert with a few surprises along the way for that ultimate special occasion.
You can enjoy cooking with the Congham Hall chef in the hotel kitchens learning how to prepare each course.
Starting at 10am we will talk you through the recipes and methods and help you along the way with our expertise. Once the cooking is over you can enjoy all your hard work by dining in the restaurant with a glass of wine to complement your lunch.
You will receive a gift to remember your experience and the recipes you have learnt.
