Following our recent visit to Congham hall, I write to express my sincere thanks to all of your colleagues, for making our stay so enjoyable. My parents and I were very impressed by the warmth of the welcome extended and for the relaxed, yet professional atmosphere of the hotel.
I am particularly grateful for the extensive assistance given by Claudine in the selection of our rooms at the time of booking and for the caring recognition of the great age of my parents. The arrangement of flowers which Claudine kindly organised, returned with my parents to their home in Liverpool and I believe, is still beautiful.
Thank you once again for making our holiday in Norfolk so memorable. I look forward to our staying with you again in future years.
