We are pleased to announce Marlene Rasberry, Head Housekeeper at Congham Hall has been awarded Housekeeper of the Year at the Norfolk Hospitality Industry Awards 2007. During an award ceremony that took place near Norwich on Sunday 21st October, Marlene beat off stiff competition to receive the award - she was praised for her energetic approach to both managing a large team and continually achieving the highest of standards over the past twenty-four years.
