To celebrate the Norfolk Food Festival, Congham Hall is serving up a two course lunch menu for just £14.95 (usually £17.50). Any Monday – Friday from 3rd September – 5th October 2012.
The menu will change daily and will incorporate locally sourced produce, vegetables from their very own kitchen garden and herbs from their renowned herb garden.
Congham Hall will take full advantage of their location and abundance of local and varied produce. They work closely with local suppliers to bring the best flavours to your table. Rare-breed pork from the Friut pig company, venison from Holkham, Cromer crab and oysters from Brancaster.
The hotel’s kitchen garden is harvested daily for vegetables and salads such as turnips, chard and baby carrots, rocket, mizuna and radishes, while culinary herbs are picked by the gardeners twice a day to meet the chefs’ needs for flavouring and garnishing and in the creation of aromatic oils and vinegars.
