New holistic treatments and day packages

The Secret Garden Spa at Congham Hall Hotel moves to full service in April 2013 with the introduction of a new range of day spa packages and holistic treatments, using products from specialist brand Elemental Herbology, as well as plants from the hall’s famous Herb Garden. The spa developments coincide with the recent completion of a major refurbishment of the hotel with a new bar and remodelled restaurant.

Congham Hall featured in Spa Wellbeing onlineThe spa sits in the heart of the hotel’s Herb Garden and its aromatic plants will provide additional ingredients for some of the new treatments, such as the signature Rosemary Muscle Melt Massage, which features stimulating ho leaf, lemongrass, nutmeg and rosemary, and deep manipulation to offer long-lasting relief for weary limbs. The Secret Garden Spa features four treatment rooms, a 12-metre swimming pool, a thermal suite – with sauna, bio sauna, steam room and experience showers – footbaths and an outdoor hot tub.

Individual treatments for hotel guests start from £35 for a 30-minute Peptide Eye Lift, while the 60-minute Elemental Herbal Facial costs £65. Non-residents can choose from a varied menu of day spa packages such as the Elemental Bliss Day, which costs £175, includes a rejuvenating mother-of-pearl exfoliation, a chamomile and rose body massage, a cell-active hydro facial and a stress- relieving foot massage, as well as full use of the spa facilities and lunch. Morning-only packages start from £45. A double room with breakfast costs from £135 per night.
