You should have excellent customer service skills along with a good telephone manner. Your main duties will be answering the telephone, dealing with emails, taking bookings for the hotel and restaurant, typing of all hotel correspondence, checking guests in and out, dealing with payments and deposits.
There is a high level of face to face guest contact with this job and over time you will be expected to recognise guests by face and by name.
You will act as the main point of contact for our guests, dealing with queries and ensuring that all requirements are met during their stay. Most importantly, you’ll be going out of your way to provide an excellent experience for our customers where nothing is too much trouble.

You will need to be able to prioritise your workload as this does change at a fast pace. You must be motivated for a challenging role which will give you a great deal of satisfaction and reward.
This job will include working evenings and weekends, which as you would expect include bank holidays and Christmas etc.
