To celebrate the opening of “Nature and Inspiration”, a major new exhibition of the sculptor’s work opening at Houghton Hall this summer, Congham Hall is offering a special two night break which includes tickets to the exhibition and a saving of £36.

The “Henry Moore Break” is available every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday during September, rates from £235 per room, per night, based on two people sharing a double or twin room, it includes breakfast each day and a three- course meal each evening from the al carte menu and complimentary use of the thermal suite and swimming pool. Limited opening times mean entrance to the exhibition on this break are on Wednesday and Thursday only, 11am – 4pm.

Curated by Sebastiano Barassi, Head of Collections & Exhibitions at the Henry Moore Foundation, this is the first significant show of Sir Henry Moore’s work in Norfolk for many years. Several of his most famous recognisable sculptures will be displayed in Houghton’s grounds, large-scale bronzes and fibreglass pieces including “Three Piece Sculpture: Vertebrae” (pictured). Some of the artist’s smaller models and drawings will also be exhibited inside the house.
