Our March Challenge

Congratulations to everyone who took part in the March Challenge! We agreed that the team needed a challenge to help them get ready for the re-opening in May.

Congratulations to everyone who took part in the March Challenge! We agreed that the team needed a challenge to help them get ready for the re-opening in May, having been closed for two months at this point, we felt it would help both physically and mentally. So we decided that if we could combine the challenge with raising some money for charity it would be worth the commitment. No expectations, just the taking part! We set up a just giving page “Walk all over Cancer” to raise money for Cancer research and ask the team to take part by walking 5 miles or 10,000 steps every day in March, something many of us easily do in a day when we are working. We also had a couple of cyclists who cycled a total of 300 miles in the month.

We were absolutely delighted that 43 members of the team signed up all of which received an Easter Egg for taking part and quite unbelievably the team raised over £5000.
