The amazing display, Time Horizon, is one of Antony Gormley’s most spectacular large-scale installations and will be shown across 200 acres of parkland at Houghton Hall. Featuring 100 life-size bodies, the sculptures are all installed at the same datum level to create a single horizonal plane. Gormley is one of the most important artists of his generation. There are 11 garden rooms located around the spa garden, these all have individual terraces and are dog-friendly. If you are looking for the wow factor then choose one of our 5 Orchard Cabins located behind the spa and looking out over the apple orchard.
The Samphire Kitchen has recently been redesigned to give a more modern feel. With a long leather banquette at its heart, around which are set intimate individual tables, making the most of the incredible views. The friendly waiting team will guide you through the daily changing menu and the wine list which appears on an ipad.
