Congham Hall Hotel and Spa Flower Gardens

Gardens

The gardens play an important role in the life of Congham Hall Hotel, providing homegrown produce for the restaurant tables and cut flowers to scent the rooms. Our renowned Herb Garden, with its collection of 400 varieties, is a Norfolk visitor attraction in its own right. Along with the kitchen garden, it is harvested daily by our chefs to enhance the menu, which celebrates locally sourced, seasonal produce.

Food

It is this unique privilege that informs our culinary approach. We are delighted to hold 2 AA rosettes for our food quality. Our philosophy is based on the premise that taste is everything and simplicity is the key. That’s not to say our kitchen doesn’t create delicious dishes with complex flavours – but never at the expense of using fresh, locally sourced, seasonal Norfolk ingredients.

Rural

This is rural England at its best. Stroll around our delightful grounds, through orchards and woodland alive with birdsong and wildlife, past carpets of flowers and grazing horses. Relax with afternoon tea or a Champagne cocktail on the terrace, to the sound of a cricket match or game of tennis being enjoyed nearby. In winter, curl up in front of the log fires, the perfect place to get lost in a good book or to catch up with friends over a bottle of wine.
